SoulUp is building a large global network enabling anyone coming in with a specific challenge to discover and connect with Peers (going through/have gone through a similar experience) for 1-on-1 or Group Conversations. Peer connect is game changing for the mental health landscape - not only because the system is supply constrained (quality supply of therapists etc. is low) but also because it provides a complementary intervention to therapy that is more preventative, connection driven and affordable. Use cases vary across the spectrum of mental health needs - from serious mental health issues like depression. BPD, anxiety to challenges around caregiving, parenting, relationships and medical issues and emotionally challenging situations like going childfree, moving countries, taking sabbaticals etc.
