Sprig Gourmet and World Food is a homegrown brand of Kochi-based Synthite Industries, founded by Ashok Mani and Vishal Menon in 2014. The manufacturing and production happens at Synthite. Currently Sprig products are priced between Rs 500 to Rs 1200, and are sold online and offline at gourmet brand stores like Foodhall and Nature’s Basket. Their products come within several verticals like connoisseur’s baking range, exotic sauces, gourmet tea, gourmet honeys, sweet spreads, and original aiolis etc. Sprig currently operates through 3000 outlets and all major online channels. With regards to the international market, it has been a year since they started operating in UAE.
