Mumbai-based B2B startup SuperWise offers real-time construction management software that can be availed on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. SuperWise compiles all the events on a construction site and prepares a well-formatted daily report that can be shared with management. It facilitates collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors over a common repository of most updated project information, eliminating duplication and repetitive work. SuperWise integrates seamlessly with ERP (such as SAP) and other tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Tally or QuickBooks) that may be used in an organisation. After a seven days’ trial period, users can opt for monthly or annual subscriptions for three different offerings. Keeping the target audience in mind, they are packaged as Starter (aimed for general contractors handling smaller projects), Pro (for medium sized contractors and builders), and Enterprise (for real-estate projects and funds).
