With AutoEngage, one can use IVR, SMS and WhatsApp-for-business to engage customers, turn early adopters into advocates and solicit customer feedback at a specific time and location. FieldForce is a self-service, cloud-based survey platform and smartphone apps to collect data from the field. Use your own field force, or crowdsource using a marketplace of enumerators.
