Svami drinks offer a fine range of tonic water and ginger ale. The co-founders of this brand are Sahil Jatana, Rahul Mehra and Aneesh Bhasin. They also offer low sugar variations which is one of its first in Asia. Their offerings include light tonic water, original tonic water, flavoured tonic water (cucumber, guava), and ginger ale. They brew in-house, souring the ingredients and then brewing them in small batches. The company has plans to use Himalayan juniper and pepper from Kerala in the future and incorporate the same into their product range. Svami is now pouring at almost all the best restaurants in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Goa, including all of the top three restaurants in India by Conde Nast Traveller. Their products will soon be available in Hong Kong, the UK and Europe.
