Basic Information
The Future You is a training center. Its eligibility requires clearance from your physician before engaging in an exercise routine. Its studio requirements are to run a class with minimum 3 participants (instructor not included). Also, proper sports attire is required. Access is not allowed with street shoes, jeans or slippers. The Future You recommend aerobics/fitness shoes for the specific type of exercise you perform. Smoking is forbidden. The Future You even has kids batches for young fitness freaks with playful fitness regimes with fun filled workouts.
