It currently offers a jobseeker interface, and an employer interface that comprises branded career pages. The platform has dedicated employer pages with all their available opportunities listed together, where job-seekers can directly apply from and provides employers with tools to manage their hiring workflow. Unnati, showcases the employers on its social media handles by sharing updates about them time to time, to create a brand recall for the employer brand, which helps building strong initial teams.
