Today I am going to talk about fitness, What is fitness? How does it benefit you? What are the myths of the so-called modern world? And yes also about why are you fat?
Hello guys, I am "fitness freak" yes that's what my friends call me. I am glad that here I can post as a guest thank you, "Yourstory" .
Well, we all know that how much fitness is important in your life, and how much it impacts your daily life.
From walking on stairs to waiting for the elevator, From eating sweets to taking diabetes pills from natural food to Subway, Mc Donalds and Dominos life have changed so much and living fit and healthy life has just become a dream. If you can relate to this then my friend you need a turnover.
Let me explain you how.
So, how can you be fit if you do not have the time to go to the gym or too lazy to go to the gym?
I will answer the first question but if you relate to the second one then my friend "Laziness is the mother of all habits".
And for those who genuinely do not have the time to go to the gym because of your office, school, college etc what you can do is you can give 30 minutes of the day to your body trust me you will be healthy.
These exercises are known as cardiovascular exercises and by doing that you can burn many calories that you consume throughout the day. There are many cardiovascular exercises such as running, cycling, swimming, cardio exercises etc. If you do that then you can burn calories but please keep in mind that do not exceed cardio exercises more than 45 minutes it can have a negative impact on your body.
The second thing that is important to stay healthy is to eat healthily. Your kitchen is the key to your health and you should have proper nutrition. If you are not eating healthy then you will be really exhausted while doing cardio.
So, guys, eat healthy stay fit because you only live once bro.
