Multiple Choice Questions These can be on any topic under the sun. To test a candidate on analytical skills and learning ability, we have questions on Mathematical Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Pattern Matching and Data Interpretation. We also have questions on English Grammar and Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension and Listening Comprehension (audio embedded inside question body).
Debugging Challenges Here a program or a pseudo-code with some bugs in it is given to the candidate. The candidate is then asked to identify and solve those bugs.
Mini-Projects In order to evaluate candidates on Hands-on Technical Skills, Recruiters can ask candidates to complete mini-projects on a variety of technologies such as AJAX, Android App Development, iOS App Development, HTML Design and Prototyping, Architectural Design (for Technical Architects), Test Plan Development (for QA) and Data Mining challenges (for SQL Data Analysts).
Voice Analysis/ Spoken English Assessment For BPO hiring, CodeGround supports audio capture from the candidate. Candidates can speak into the microphone to have their voice responses recorded.
Automated Interviews Recruiters can also schedule automated, asynchronous interviews in which candidates are asked to respond verbally to the questions that are typically asked in an interview, such as "Where do you see yourself five years from now?" or "What are your strengths and weaknesses?"
Cheating Prevention Web Cam Recording: Prevent impersonation and communication with others (over mobile or face to face) during test
Window Proctoring: Test window is locked and candidate is unable to switch to other windows for chat, search etc. during the test
Code Comparison: Code submissions are compared for similarities. A red flag is raised if there are more than 85% similarities in code submitted by candidates
Random Pooling: A large pool of questions exists for the test and for each candidate a subset is randomly selected. This ensures that even if two candidates are giving the test sitting side by side in a campus laboratory, their questions are not the same.
