A little frightened,
A little abashed,
The tiny coward heart finally stepped out
At that full moon light.
Uncertainty and unbelievability , with excitement and uncontrollable emotions.
Frightened Emotion of being followed
By someone.
Someone whom he may know,
Who may know him.
But still the factor of uncertainty
Was there.
Walking through miles away
Crossing the pebbles, ups and downs
Crossed the fence
Not geographically, but mental
That made him sentimental.
Taking a glance at moonlight
He took a step back
Then took a step forward
Seeeing the situation awkward
He realised that it was his shadow only
Following him back.
