Lesson from Woodpecker
That sound in my backyard “tuk-tuk” “tuk-tuk” … yes, it is she, nature’s carpenter the Woodpecker. This sound may be annoying for some of us. But for me, being an authentic thinker, it opens up a new thought.
Why is woodpecker going crazy with woods?! Doing all these noises and poking random tree barks...?!
Before googling about this matter I googled my Grandmother. She said in a funny way that the woodpecker is checking whether the tree is good or not.
In fact, the woodpecker was analysing. She was analysing randomly to find the best tree which provides her nest as well as her food. Every entrepreneur should learn this lesson from Woodpecker - to analyse.
In every business, analysis plays an important role. Being a start-up or an established firm, analysis always matters. Even the fall of internet giant Yet Another Hierarchically Organized Oracle (Yahoo!) was the result of analytical negligence in their early days.
Entrepreneurs should make analysis a habit. Check out the followings to make it as your habit:
Question everything. Ask yourself and analyse your assumptions. Also, feel free to question the existing assumptions, ideas, hypothesis etc., and analyse it. By questioning, you may open a new outlook or even crack an exciting new idea.
With the internet in our palm, we are exposed to so many pieces of information. Don't take these pieces of information for granted. Question it, investigate it.
Try to think ahead, forecast and predict things. Evaluate the outcomes and the possibilities of your work. You can even use your intuition to think ahead. It is cool to do the forecast since you can always celebrate your successful predictions.
Great books always create a room to debate or unleash your emotions.
Fun Fact : Elon Musk once said that he mastered rocket science by pretty much "reading and asking questions"

Listen to you
Love yourself and listen to your inner self. By doing this you will never get inferior thoughts.Take some time, all alone in silence or may be with nature. You will explore yourself. You will feel the harmony of nature and your purpose of life.
These practices will definitely make you a better analyser.
