The agricultural sector has to undergo series of revolutionary thinking process to enhance the overall performance & productivity, drastically. It has become necessity for this sector to have a separate body like Agro-farm Regulatory Authority of India to ensure that the available green lands are optimally utilized with enhanced efficiencies to the extent of 150 – 300% , which is quite possible with new & lateral thinking process…

The Core Objectives :

- To utilize the utilized land assets productively & effectively for the cultivation of high value added agro-farm products to benefit the society, at large;

- To develop Agro-Farm Skills as a part of National Skills Development Mission to enhance the values of farmers & agricultural community;

- To provide opportunities to the people to transform themselves as Agropreneurs on a professional plat form, dedicated to the cause of co-operative agro-farming movement;

- A co-operative mission driven to add value to the agricultural profession to create state-of-the-art agro-farming practices for optimizing the productivity & profitability, to ensure equity of wealth distribution to all the concerned stake-holders for mutual prosperity, while adding values to the society in equal measures;

- The mission should create its own funds through suitable tie-ups with Rural Co-operative Societies and other financial institutions , to offer needed micro-financing support to our joint venture partners in progress;

- The mission provides Think Tank facility with its Knowledge Bank to ensure the soil conditions, water conditions, Fertilizer proportions are all integrated to the right plants at the right periods for achieving the best yields, qualitatively;

- The mission could explore providing support of Supervisory Skills, Technical Skills, Quality Assurance Audits, Crop Audits. Logistics, Marketing etc as a supporting skills to bench marks and to achieve goals in respect of building best possible balance sheets of profitability & growth norms;-

- The mission would engage various professional services on outsourcing basis, required for Total Agro-farming Excellence and their costs would be shared proportionately to all stake holders;

- The mission will have valued collaboration with various expertise’s in the society, including Agricultural Universities, Department of Agriculture in the state government & other Agriculture Research bodies etc to ensure that the mission’s visions & goals are achieved in accordance with the core objectives;

- The allocation of lands for this joint venture mission would be around 5-10 acres for individuals, 25-50 acres for Co-operative societies & 50-100 acres for CSR of Corporate houses, respectively;

- The mission should invite individuals, co-operative societies & corporate houses in this venture to transform not only un-utilized land assets, but also in the process of transforming farmers & farmer community in strengthening their quality of lives and to enrich their values in the society;

- The mission would operate on very high social values and protects the interests of farmers and farmer families in all possible ways with emotional values for their quality of lives and to upbringing them in the right direction;

- The mission would institute “AWARD OF AGRO-FARMING EXCELLENCE” and other YEARLY LEADERSHIP AWARDS for Agropreneurs, who excels on their contracts and offers the best in their associations;

- The mission would focus on building Leadership Skills & Values in the entire spectrum of this joint venture of Co-operative Agropreneurship program;
