iii) Hire the right people. Technology can only work properly if the people operating it have the required expertise to operate it. People who share your vision and hold expertise in managing people. People who have no aversions to adapting to changing times of the market.

Lastly have the will to give your customers the best, for where there is a will, there's a way.
