After the Freedom 251 stint, here is another company claiming to give you a phone for just Rs99. Bengaluru-based Namotel is launching Namotel Acche Din at an extremely low cost of Rs 99, calling it India's most affordable smartphone ever made.

Madhav Reddy the company’s promoter said that the smartphone is available for pre-booking from May 17 to May 25 on the company's website namotel.com. But there is a loop to this, everyone who wants to buy the phone has to register with bemybanker.com to get a user ID but the site seems to have a error. For the registration on this site the user needs to pay a Rs199 onetime cost.
