Why videos are the new oxygen to the content marketing?

Forrester researcher Dr. James McQuivey estimates that one minute of video is equal to 1.8 million words.

Changes are inevitable. It applies to everything and marketing is no different. And that change to online marketing is the Video. These video ads don't have to go-viral , in fact, a simple video ad can do wonders for small businesses. It is not secret anymore that use of video in content marketing is on the constant rise. YouTube receives one billion unique visits every month which is the highest for any channel after Facebook and probably that is why YouTube is now the second largest search engine on the web.


Internet is moving from text to video and nothing build brand reputation and make sales like a good video. No matter how hard you try, some people will never feel like they understand the “real” product until they see a video about it. Keep it short - (One minute long video is enough in most cases)

Combine video and still images

Add a personal message

Try to add some humour

Give your video a call to action - (Make it clear what the viewer should do after watching the video. Give them something like coupon or special offer, if possible)

Make sure your customer knows how to find you.

Distribute your video in every way possible.
