It is very important for an employer to keep employees concerned and motivated towards the work so that they perform efficiently and effectively in the organization. Monetary incentives give a huge motivation to the employees but that is not necessary to make them efficient and effective in the employees but there must be some non monetary motivation too.

1. Add Fun in your business model
If you remember the school days is through the fun you have done in the classroom just remember them and make your fun day on regular basis for the employees. Not necessarily it may be fun hour or contest and something’s it depends on the employee. This will be helping the employees to enhance the bonding between your employees which in turn will help boost team spirit and making the work environment positive.
2. Show your Care for them
You have to show a care for every employee working under you so that they feel good and remain motivated and work for the organization more effectively and efficiently. This doesn’t include some very hard work to do just give written note on their specials days like birthday, etc. giving a hand written note appreciating their work and making them feel connected to the superior.
3. Party Day
Who don’t like party, everyone is interested in it. People will get a break from the regular routine in the workplace. People naturally get excited when they get the thing which they were thinking of it with this be sure everyone know it in advance which will be making them motivated and efficient and a quick worker in the organization.
4. Mentor everyone
Mentor programs help the employees to get open and make a proper connection with the seniors and peers and make tem to think outside the traditional workplace work. Be their coach to your employees and motivate them in the best thing they can do in the organization and improving the skills by which they become dynamic and more efficiently and effectively which will encourage their will of learning in the multi fields which will be saving the cost of the organization.
5. Show creativity in motivation
Create small rewards to motivate them and it is your creativity that what will you reward them or you can arrange them a gaming room where they can earn the reward and many other ways of earning the reward and rewards will show how creative you are regarding. It will show that hard work always pays off and it doesn’t get hidden.
At last it is upon the organization’s budget and creativity of the manager that how he manages to motivate the employees and the above points can be used as the base idea and it’s about thinking and creativity that how it is made interesting.
