Dr. Madanmohan Rao is research director at YourStory Media and editor of five book series (http://amzn.to/NpHAoE). His interests include creativity, innovation, knowledge management, and digital media. He has travelled to over 90 countries around the world, and is also a DJ and writer on world music and jazz.

With 20 plus years of experience in the Print, Web, Television, and Internet Radio space, Dipti Nair is an award-winning storyteller. She has worked in organisations like The Free Press Journal, The Telegraph, and Deccan Herald. She has also written for The National Geographic Traveller – India, India Today - Travel Plus, and Little India, a US-based NRI magazine.
Dipti loves writing about places and people to bring out their untold stories. She is particularly keen to explore the intersection of technology and human behavior; and at YourStory, India’s largest digital platform for startups and entrepreneurs, she is documenting this interesting phenomenon through storytelling. She was presented the SCARF-PII Media for Mental Health Awards for her story on YourStory.com titled 'Is depression a well-guarded secret in the startup world.'
Suma heads Brand Solutions at YourStory. A former print journalist, she spent a decade in financial research outsourcing, turning a support function into a highly profitable business line at her last job with Amba Research (now a Moody's company). Loves creating content that is engaging and insightful (or just plain entertaining) and is amazed by how new media has levelled the playing field for those who have a compelling story to tell. Loves tea, coffee and grammar in equal measure.
Born into a Bengali Railwayman's family and brought up in several small towns across the state of Jharkhand (former Bihar), Sourav left home at the age of 13 when he was sent to a boarding school, and hasn't looked back since. A Bengalurean for over a decade, an enthusiastic writer, poet, and literature lover since a young age, Sourav did his Bachelor of Engineering degree from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. After working with Brocade Communications as a Programmer Analyst for over 3.5 years, he finally became a full time writer and journalist with YourStory.
Sourav currently leads on the SocialStory and Think Change India initiatives. Innovation and change-makers from India's grassroots fascinate him as he chronicles them for the platform. An enthusiastic reader of books ranging from fiction to economics, history, and literary criticism; Sourav has authored three books. He has also edited and translated books ranging from plays to poetry anthologies. He is a part of the Bengaluru Poetry Festival organising committee, and believes that good poetry can save the world.
Radhika’s passion for writing led her to choose journalism as her career while still in high school. In her 12-year-long career, Radhika has been a television journalist, a travel writer and a newspaper reporter. She started her career with NDTV, where she was part of the founding team of the business news channel Profit. She then spent over three years with Outlook Traveller before joining The Economic Times, where she reported on startups and broke numerous e-commerce and startup news stories. Her love for long form writing, analysis and startups brought her to YourStory in 2015, where she has since held many senior Editorial roles. She is currently Editor - Special Projects.

Abhishek heads technology at YourStory. He has a wide range of experience working with companies like Infosys, Huawei R&D and startups. Prior to joining YourStory Ravi and Abhishek ran their own startup Odiocast, a storytelling platform which focused on the new billion's their content creation and consumption. Abhishek is data oriented and had built an analytics product groundup (PureMetrics Inc). Abhishek has a keen interest in user experience design and technology architecture. He helps out the startup community in everyway possible, by advising people with their apps, products and better ways to architect their technology products.
