In 2018, she won the Forbes Power Trailblazers award and twice featured on LinkedIn’s list of powerful influencers, along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and actor Priyanka Chopra.With more than two million followers on her personal social media handles, Shradha’s influence is far-reaching—one that she has leveraged to shine light on businesses such as Ola and Paytm much before they became unicorns.

Prior to this, he worked as a journalist across formats, geographies, and platforms for nearly two decades—meeting deadlines ranging from seconds at a wire service to months for a quarterly. He is an alumnus of some of the biggest names in business news: Reuters, Forbes India, The Economic Times, and The Hindu BusinessLine.

Feroze earned his chops primarily at Reuters, The Economic Times, and Mint, where he co-edited the business daily’s first book, The New Age Entrepreneurs. He’s since worked on a few other non-fiction books on business, and also taught narrative writing as an Adjunct Faculty at the Asian College of Journalism-Bloomberg.

An entrepreneur himself, Karumbaiah had founded PixStory, a platform for Indian photographers that was acquired by YourStory in 2019. An alumnus of ISB, he has over 15 years of experience building strategic initiatives for organisations. He has earlier worked with multiple portfolio companies of Blackstone India, and InMobi.

His career has involved running a consultancy firm, working at the grassroots in primary education, mentoring Gandhi Fellows, teaching English literature to college students, and writing a doctoral on Kalidasa’s colonial translations Giriraj is a recipient of the Krishna Baldev Vaid Fellowship and the Bharatbhooshan Agarwal Award for his creative writing.

Laveena has spent the last 4 years building and growing tech and tech-enabled products. At present, she is heading Product at Yourstory and aims to make it the largest startup storytelling platform in India. Besides building products, Laveena has a keen interest in writing and filmmaking and believes storytelling is the most primal way of establishing a real, human connection.

His career of over a decade spans global markets, risk analysis, NLP, and more. He has previously worked with HSBC and American Express. With more than 6 years of experience in analytics and data science, he is currently working in data enrichment and NLP/AI, and plans to become an expert at the trisection of NLP, ML and data.

Rajiv is an honorary canvasser of mutual funds, pushing colleagues and friends toward long-term and systematic investing. While friends think he can make an alternate career in investment banking and advisory, Rajiv is happily in love with his daughter–Milloni, wife–Reema, and data.

Priyanka is an enthusiast of disruptive strategies and was part of Harvard Business School Online and the University of Bristol. In the past, her research was shared with ILO officials at the United Nations to drive policy recommendations on one of the Sustainable Development Goals.

With a background in Hotel management from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration Manipal, Karnataka, Ankit spent 9+ years doing sales for multinational hotel chains such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International(MAR) and Hilton Hotels & Resorts(HLT) across various regions in India.

With over 12 years of experience across ecommerce, business development, and consulting, he was previously heading online marketplace sales for Harman India (JBL, Harman Kardon etc.). He was also one of the first few employees of Xiaomi India (Mi India) and helped build its online sales channels across key partners. He is an of IIM-Trichy.

With a background in marketing from his early school days, Aaron has always been passionate about marketing. His work and life are separate but he loves running the long races—be it in board games, cooking, learning, and video games. He is fascinated with superheroes and science fiction novels and anime.

Joining YourStory from Wipro, Rishi brought with him a decade and a half long enriched experience spanning varied aspects of finance like controllership, financial planning and analysis, business operations and delivery, cost optimisation, process transformation and business finance.

A seasoned professional with close to two decades of experience in advertising, media & marketing, Naini has worked with Mindshare - GroupM, Ogilvy, in the past, where she drove media strategy for major B2B organizations to expand their media presence in India. In her spare time, she loves to read, tend to her plants and memorize recipes.
