Introducing MobiSparks Speaker: Mohit Bhatnagar, Managing Director, Sequoia Capital

Yourstory.in has been covering startups and entrepreneurs for close to 4 years (>6000 entrepreneurs) now and with the huge success of Techsparks behind it, wants to delve into focused sectors. MobiSparks is an attempt to discover, showcase and recognize mobile-led innovators.The event will be graced with one of the most renowned investors in India, Mohit Bhatnagar. Mohit is currently a Managing Director with Sequoia Capital India and serves on the board of Prizm Payments, Comviva, Ujjivan Microfinance, IMI Mobile, Ideacts, Knowlarity Communications and Micromax Mobile. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, Mohit served as the Senior Vice President at Bharti Airtel where he helped scale the business from a few states operation into a leading national wireless carrier. Earlier, Mohit co-founded Bright pod, a wireless start-up in the US, by orchestrating a spin off from Ericsson Mobile Systems. Mohit has received an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and an MSEE from Virginia Tech.

The event will be a meeting ground for everyone interested in the mobile space and will touch upon some of the key areas that are relevant for the Indian startup ecosystem. The highlight of the event would be the 10 mobile startups that would be unveiled along with a report to support it.
