CCAvenue and Build-a-Bazaar launch Dhamaal.com, a marketing and distribution marketplace for Indian Merchants

Avenues, a parent company of the payment gateway solution provider CCAvenue.com, in joint collaboration with Infibeam, a parent company of the ecommerce platform Build-a-Bazaar, has announced the launch of Dhamaal (www.dhamaal.com). Dhamaal is a marketing, distribution and communication marketplace that caters to the Indian Merchants who are looking for more efficient models of customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Traditionally, most merchants spend a large proportion of their resources in online marketing including search engine key words and display networks. Dhamaal will provide a cost efficient channel for customer acquisition to all these merchants.

CCAvenue powers 85% of the India’s merchant websites payment processing with complete KYC and legal agreements in place. Commenting on the launch of Dhamaal, Vishwas Patel, CEO-Avenues, said,

Dhamaal is an asset light marketplace. Dhamaal merchants will stock inventory and manage fulfillment and logistics while, customer experience is taken care of by the marketplace. CCAvenue has partnered with over 50 Indian banks and Dhamaal will offer co-branded marketplace to banks and their customers to transact online.
