VWO acquires Concept Feedback : Now get feedback from a vast community of UX experts

The Indian bootstrapped poster-boy startup, Wingify (VWO) has acquired a leading US based web design and user experience community startup, Concept Feedback to provide additional assistance to their brand marketing clients.

Brands have been engaging with the Concept Feedback’s 26,000 website design expert community for feedback on various aspects of their website. The community has been really helpful to brands giving vital recommendations on website designs, usability, copy, strategy and other key elements that impact brands’ ability to convert business online.

Concept Feedback aligns with VWO’s flagship feature IdeaFactory, which is a curated library of more than 300 testing ideas and case studies for website optimization and conversion tracking.

Why the acquisition?

Marketers globally have been using VWO solutions to improve their website conversions. The internal data from Wingify team shows that the majority of marketers seek out A/B testing to improve website conversions, yet the biggest barrier to implementing those tests is lack of testing focus areas.

The acquisition is also strategic considering the fact that most brand marketers today are struggling to design long-term A/B testing plans.

Post acquisition, the offerings from Concept Feedback would be steadily combined with the VWO website testing platform, with Concept Feedback continuing to operate independently.
