An engineer by profession and entrepreneur at heart Lalit Keshre looks after the overall business and operations at Groww and simplifies investing for its users. Prior to starting Groww, Lalit was with Flipkart where he successfully founded and led Flipkart Quick - a logistics platform incubated within Flipkart. Earlier, Lalit has founded an online learning company Eduflix, and has also been an early member at Ittiam Systems. An engineer in Microelectronics from IIT Bombay, Lalit has more than 10 years of rich technical experience in building products as a founder, product manager and engineer.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Playing with kids.

Getting bored with what I love doing.
