Job Description: YourStory is looking for Client Servicing Lead who would be leading the team of Client Servicing Managers of Top Clients of YS. As the member of Brand Solutions team, you would be responsible for helping serve brand solutions to the top clients of YourStory as per the scheduled deadlines in an efficient and effective way. Also responsible for meeting the billing goals for the FY. This is an excellent role for candidates having minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing/Account Management

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Leading key accounts, planning communication for clients and delivering on the campaigns for the clients
  • Responsible for the efficient execution of all the campaigns within the given deadlines
  • Oversee and grow the current client accounts by identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
  • The role requires working closely with:

o  Direct Sales Team - Interpret brief from the sales team and understand the brand positioning, Key Marketing Challenges, Brand Objective and suggest a formidable solution within the gamut of the resources available and basis criteria that is set by brand (duration, budgets etc.)

o  Program Managers – Interacting with the program managers and understanding the progress of the campaigns. Identifying the road blocks of any campaign and resolving them

o  Client Team - Interacting closely with the client team during the execution process liaison between them and the relevant execution team members internally

Skill Sets Expected:

·       Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications

·       Work Experience of Min 8 to 10 years

·       Preferable to have work experience in roles of Digital Media Strategy/ Online Advertising/ Operations and Business Development Strategy/ Client Servicing

·       Strong analytical ability

·       Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems

·       Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

·       Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment

. High levels of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
