Enterprise AI firm Uniphore secures $260M from NVIDIA, AMD, others
Uniphore’s latest round, which also included investors such as NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures, maintained the company’s $2.5 billion valuation from its previous funding round in 2022.
Enterprise AI company Uniphore has secured $260 million in its Series F round, co-led by tech firms NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks.
The round, which also included investors such as NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures, maintained the company’s $2.5 billion valuation from its previous funding round in 2022.
Uniphore, which develops a platform for business AI primarily focused on sales, marketing, and customer service, offers its capabilities through the Business AI Cloud. This platform enables businesses to automate processes, analyse data, and enhance customer interactions.
At the core of Uniphore’s offerings, the Business AI Cloud is a full-stack platform with a layered architecture designed to provide enterprise-grade security and control. The company offers a suite of prebuilt AI agents and applications tailored for various business functions, all powered by its Business AI Cloud.
Founded in India and incubated at IIT Madras, Uniphore is now headquartered in Palo Alto, California. The company plans to deploy the new funds to accelerate innovation in its artificial intelligence (AI) and data platform, Business AI Cloud, while further developing its ecosystem.

Uniphore has pursued a strategy of acquiring smaller companies to expand its technology stack. Recent acquisitions include ActionIQ, a customer data platform, and Infoworks, a data engineering platform, in 2024, and Orby AI and Autonom8, for AI agents and automation, in 2025.
Founded in 2008 by Umesh Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi, the company serves over 2,000 businesses worldwide, including many Fortune 500 companies. Notable clients span multiple industries and include Allstate, The Washington Post, Priceline, Atlassian, Bloomberg Media, Dell, and KPMG.
