How Kosmc.ai’s no-code, all-in-one social revenue platform is empowering creators
From automated chats to AI catalogues, Kosmc.ai is reshaping the creator economy, one smart tool at a time.
What if building a business on social media didn’t require millions of followers or a big team? Delhi-based is creating a no-code, all-in-one social commerce platform that helps everyday creators and brands in Tier II and Tier III cities translate influence into revenue.
Founded in 2024 by Ankur Gupta and Manavta Narula, the founders’ goal was very clear: to allow anyone with a social media presence, whether the users have 500 followers or 5 million, to monetise it. Gupta believes that people “don't have to have a million followers to monetise.”
Kosmc.ai emerged from Gupta's experience as a fashion designer and entrepreneur. A graduate of NIFT Delhi and the London College of Fashion, Gupta once designed high-end women’s collections that were featured in over 30 international publications. His co-founder, Narula, who also serves as COO at Kosmc.ai, earlier founded D2C lingerie brand and has worked in the ecommerce space for eight years.
In 2016, Gupta founded his first startup, Encore 2.2, a Harley-Davidson motorcycling accessories brand that sold across four countries. “When one biker bought our accessories, we got 30 to 40 more orders,” he says. He noticed that people often made buying decisions based on what others in their community were purchasing, and this pattern sparked the idea for Kosmc.ai.
While researching how to grow the idea globally using technology, the founders came across a Chinese platform. “They gave discounts based on how many people were buying. It showed us how group buying could really grow,” Gupta says.
Kosmc.ai aims to solve two problems with one product. On one side, small influencers and solopreneurs struggle to monetise due to a lack of reach or infrastructure. On the other hand, brands face difficulties converting attention on social media into actual purchases. “Instagram forms our opinions now, what to wear, where to eat, what to buy, but the conversion journey is broken,” Gupta says.
However, Kosmc.ai offers a no-code builder for creators and brands to set up mini-websites, sell services, and link their content to ecommerce. Its AI-driven chat automation system replies to queries on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, effectively acting as a full-time sales assistant. “Our chat tool handles 1,000-2,000 daily inquiries for some clients, especially small fashion brands from Tier II and III cities,” he explains.
Another key feature is their Smart Link technology. Traditional ads on Instagram open in the app's internal browser, which often results in users dropping off. Kosmc.ai's tool identifies the user's device and opens product links directly in native apps like Amazon or in the default browser, where users are more likely to complete a purchase. “The tab remains open for days, so even if the user exits, they can come back and complete the purchase later,” Gupta explains.
Some brands have reached click-through rates of 250%, much higher than the 60% typically seen on tools like Linktree, he says.
As of June 2025, Kosmc.ai has over 18,000 registered users across 25 countries. It has onboarded around 100 brands in the past two months alone, including names like Libas India, Bacca Bucci, and Neeman's. Around 1,60,000 people use the platform every month.
The startup works on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model and offers a freemium plan. Paid plans begin at Rs 499 for individuals and range from Rs 4,000 to Rs 18,000 each month for brands, depending on the features they choose.
The startup was bootstrapped with around Rs 3 lakh, contributed by Gupta’s mother. Later, it raised $200,000 in a pre-seed round from angel investors in India and the Middle East. The company has reported a GMV of Rs 3.5 crore for FY25.
Kosmc.ai's team remains lean, with 10 employees, 50% of whom are on the tech side. “Our tech team even joins sales calls to understand customer issues directly,” Gupta says. The company’s AI stack is built using platforms like OpenAI and Claude.
Kosmc.ai sees Linktree and ManyChat as its main competitors in the link-in-bio and chat automation category. Whereas, Kosmc differentiates by offering an all-in-one platform for brands and creators.

The startup is also heavily focusing on Tier II and Tier III brands. Gupta says a boutique in Sirsa uses Kosmc.ai’s automation tool to manage nearly 1,000 comments on Instagram each day. “These small businesses are often run by solo founders without the resources to hire social media teams. We help optimise time and scale sales.”
The company’s biggest challenges have been changing user behaviour and hiring the right team. “In India, people are slow to adopt new technology. Even well-known brands hesitate. So we’ve spent a lot of time educating users and building their trust,” he says.
Kosmc.ai is now working on an AI-powered catalogue feature that lets brands create product photo shoots using digital models and outfits. This tool is already being tested and is set to launch next month. It is also preparing to enter the US market, where the founders are already in touch with a few potential clients. “The big goal is to make it possible for someone to buy something with just one tap from a creator’s page,” Gupta says.
With over 200 million brands and 300 million creators globally active on social media, Kosmc.ai aims to capture a $3 billion market in the next five years. “Gen Z entrepreneurs don't want to stay confined to one community or locality anymore,” Gupta says. “They want scale, and we want to help them get there.”
The startup aims to build a revenue pipeline of around $2 million by the end of 2026.
