Mumbai, Maharashtra based Cakeify is a set of DIY Cake mixes for an easy baking experience. The product is brain-child of Elisha Parikh and Veer Kapur. From her early childhood, Elisha was always fascinated by cooking and baking and forayed into baking from the age of 7. This passion for baking has given her the name of ‘Eli the Baker’. Over the years, she has learned how to bake several delicious desserts and confections, like layered cakes, macarons, cheesecakes and choux pastry. Her desserts range from uniquely personalised cakes to classic French pastries. Their product is completely eggless, free of added preservatives and requires basic ingredients that could be found in home to bake their delicious cakes. She is part of HelpOut, an organisation that strives to improve the lifestyle of the young kids living in Ladiwali, Karjat. She conducts bake sales at events organized by Helpout, to help raise funds throughout the year to support the needs of the underprivileged children.
