House of Spruce

Indian art & culture inspired ecological textiles. Home to luxe labels. A lifestyle initiative by Shriya Rajgarhia.
Basic Information
Splashing homes in hues of freshness and sustainability, House of Spruce aims at preserving and promoting the ancient handloom arts and crafts of India. They are making sure that all of their products are ecologically and ethically produced. In this time and age of digitalisation and mass production, they stand firm on heritage, culture and tradition. Their specialisation lies in the craft of hand block printing which is an age-old Indian textile tradition, dated as back as 2000 BC and passed down through many generations. They house a host of luxe home and lifestyle labels all available under one roof to make the shopping experience a fulfilling one. Located in the heart of Kolkata, House of Spruce fulfils global demands for an aesthetic blend of traditional and contemporary household textiles in markets, domestic and overseas. The platform is a lifestyle initiative by Shriya Rajgarhia, a multidisciplinary business graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK).
