Bengaluru based SimYog was founded in 2017 by Dipanjan Gope, Anant Devi and Arkaprovo Das. It is a startup that focuses on providing design and sign-off tools for automotive electronics. The start-up provides deep-learning-based software solutions which allow hardware developers to test electronic components’ resistance to electromagnetic interference in the design stage using data analytics and machine learning. Usually, the auto component makers develop multiple prototypes and test for EMI before mass production. Their product, Compliance-Scope™, is a Virtual EMI/EMC laboratory where designers can validate and improve their hardware at an early stage by uploading their design files. The tool also provides diagnosis and suggestions for low-cost fixes at the Printed Circuit Board level. Compliance-Scope™ not only allows the designer to predict the EMI/EMC performance by uploading the early design data, but also provides diagnosis and suggestions for meeting specifications.
