Shay Finkelstein is the Co-Founder and CTO of Securitize. Shay was born in Israel, but has lived in Berlin, Germany for the past four years. Shay has extensive experience as a software developer with over 20 years of experience leading development teams. Shay’s passion is utilizing blockchain technology to solve real-world problems with the latest tools and techniques to create long-standing benefits. Before co-founding Securitize, Shay was Founder and CTO of DataPhase where he was an integral part of the development of PayPro Global, a major Europe-based payment gateway. At Securitize, Shay has led the ground-up development of the Securitize platform, one of the first and most comprehensive security token issuance and lifecycle management platforms in existence.
