If its turnover for any of the financial years has not exceeded Rupees 25 crore
Start-up working towards innovation, development, deployment, and commercialization of new products, manufacturing, processes or services driven by technology or intellectual property

Company be registered with operations in South India
First Generation Entrepreneurs
Truly Innovative, Scalable & Sustainable business ideas.
Company should have a turnover from 25 – 250 Crores
