relationship management and support, indicating a strategic regional concentration in the north zone, which can be reasoned out as the potential of prospects and their increasing purchase power

Spanning across 1,400 sq feet, the center is equipped with the leading technology amenities to offer customers the modern age solutions for their product related problems, with an ultimate comfort, while eliminating the barriers he faces in the channel of communication with the brand. Services of trained engineers can be utilized by the consumers for different technology realms of Panasonic products, starting from Home Appliances to consumer electronics, system products to car audio system, personal products to telecommunication products.

The engineers staffed in the service center have been indeed trained on the lines of Panasonic's products, so that the problem of consumers gets diagnosed in no additional time and with better qualitative services.

Present at the occasion, Mr. Daizo Ito, CEO at Panasonic India, expressed his comments, saying, "Panasonic today enjoys a strong presence across the boundaries of India, which further triggers the need for an even stronger consumer support system for the audiences, so as to make each time

experience with the product a value-for-money and a perfect one for them."

He further added, "In the at-present market atmosphere, when there is an intense competition amongst the leading players as well as the fast emerging ones in the industry, extending almost similar services to the prospects, even a marginal difference by one proves to be a winning factor, and hence, our movement towards the strengthening of the customer-brand relationship
