Symphony Services and Customer BMC Software to Showcase Innovation in Product Engineering at Confluence 2011

Top analyst firm Gartner recently concluded that even if only 50 percent of software defects were removed prior to software being put into production, enterprise configuration management and incident response costs would be reduced by 75 percent each, leading to $5 - $7 million savings for software vendors.  By sharing his own best practice recommendations, coupled with real-world customer case studies, Alan will clarify how the evolution of product quality processes, such as today’s highly automated software lifecycle management solutions, can solve the many innovation, cost and time-to-market challenges that today’s CTOs are eager to overcome.
