'At Your Service Mumbai' is a venture conceptualized to provide a unique personal assistant service. It aims to be a comprehensive single point of contact resource providing assistance for busy professionals in India.The services that AYSM provides are all focused to save your “Time” and let you be more productive at work. These include Research, Co-ordination, Follow-up, Reminders, Travel booking & planning, Government Formality assistance, Errand jobs and other last minute things.
Based out of Mumbai, AYSM has been operational since the last 8 months. Currently, they operate to clients all over India, and plan to have offices in each Metro city soon.
They work on a quarterly, half yearly and yearly module, where they charge a client for provision of a dedicated personal assistant at ah affordable cost. They also provide a 1 week free trial to potential clients who want to try out their service.
Their clients are Individuals who do not have a good support system to trust on and will not waste time on small time activities. These are people who like things to be done in just 1 call. Their target customer is typically Entrepreneurs, Expats, SMEs and Individuals who are new in the city.
“We believe that there is a huge market for us; we are very focused on providing our service to Expat & SMEs. We believe in Mumbai, there are a minimum of 2000 expats and 2000 SMEs that we can target and look for about acquiring 1% of each which itself is a good number,” says Founder, Bharat Ahirwar.
Bharat Ahirwar is a graduate in Arts from Mumbai University with 6 years experience in P.R, Marketing & Consulting Start-up projects.He used to be a one point contact for a few expats clients in Mumbai for all that they needed and in time he realized that there are a lot of individuals who need such kind of services but didn’t have the right kind of support system to rely on. That’s where, after a year of extensive research , he decided to start “ At Your Service Mumbai”.
It’s a self funded project right now. His first challenge was to form a good team and to get like minded people in the team who believed in the idea. Second, was to get clients as they are a new brand and a new service.
“Currently, there is no players in the market who are providing such a service, The USP of At your Service Mumbai is that we are providing you a dedicated P.A at an affordable price along with a prepaid errand man,” he concludes
