Learnplate

Is an enterprise academic management system that helps institutions to streamline and automate academic processes. It provides structured learning networks for collaborative learning, teacher productivity tools, curriculum builder, online assessments and a content management system.

Certiplate

Is a unique mobile assessment tool that has been designed for observational assessments, which can be delivered through any handheld device (smartphones/tablets). The revolutionary technology facilitates acquisition of audio/video responses that could be uploaded/ streamed live to a cloud server for remote grading, analysis and certification.

Technology used

Navriti makes use of the following programming languages, Database framework and Open Source Systems to deliver their best to their customers.

They use programming languages such as Java, C#, PHP, Visual Basic, Perl, Visual C++, C ,VB.NET, ASP.NET, J2EE/EJB, ASP, XML, XSL, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript. They use Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, MySQL, PostgresSQL to run their database with WAMP, .NET and Java running the Framework. They also use Open Source Systems provided by Joomla, Drupal, Moodle and Mahara.

Achievements

Navriti has completed 25,000 assessments across 8 sectors and also empanelled with the Leather Sector Skill Council for the Star Program of NSDC.

Founders

Mahesh T and Mrinal Kumar Co-founded Navriti Innovative Solutions.

Mahesh T

Mahesh is a B.Tech from NIT Trichy and EGMP from IIMB. With a total work experience of 18 years, he has hands-on experience of setting up and heading business ventures across diverse domains which includes education, concierge services, legal BPO and recruitment with two of the businesses being entrepreneurial ventures. Before founding Navriti, he was heading operations of Irize, a unique employment platform at Manipal Education. In his role as Head-Operations, he had set up the franchisees based business model of Job Stores which offered multiple services for employment seekers.

Mahesh brings in startup skills, higher education domain expertise and multi-disciplinary experience. He has been the chief architect for the workflow automation for all the previous business and carries unique techno-commercial skills.

Mrinal Kumar

Mrinal Kumar is also a B. Tech from NIT Trichy and has done his MS at BITS Pilani. With a total work experience of 6 years, Mrinal Kumar has worked across varied technology stacks and possesses hands-on knowledge of contemporary web technologies. He has led and managed teams for development and testing.

Before founding Navriti, Mrinal was leading a team at Actiance India Pvt Ltd to deliver a product focused in compliance and auditing of data traffic over various email networks. Prior to this, he worked in various domains such as Internet & Network Security and logistics management part of Supply Chain Management.

He has also done various freelance projects in different technologies Innovative Solutions for Learning & Assessments and worked on projects varying from Content Management Systems to E-Commerce Applications. Mrinal brings a deep understanding of the latest web technologies and database systems and has been a part of technology forums. He also mentors young developers on the internet technologies and systems.
