Singapore-based startup Vansh Games announces the launch of 'Legend of Vyas'

Vansh Games, a Singapore-based startup announced the launch of 'Legend of Vyas', a collectible card game based on the great Indian epic - the Mahabharata. "Legend of Vyas seeks to reintroduce the Mahabharata in a contemporary format, to resonate with today's youth. We have coupled an exciting game, involving strategy, skill and a touch of fortune, with artwork, depicting heroes, spells and weapons", Varun Devanathan, Creator, Legend of Vyas and Partner at Vansh Games, told reporters in Hyderabad.

"This is the first time ever that a collectible card game brings to life the real characters of Mahabharata in a true sense based on the great Indian epic", V Nataranjan, Marketing Director, Vansh Games, said adding that 'Legend of Vyas' positions itself as a first in the card game genre to be based on this ancient yet popular work of literature.

The company has plans to launch this game on digital platform and console device and talks were on with different investors in this regard, they said adding Vansh Games is also planning to have its subsidiary in India and this idea would take concrete shape over the next few months. The game is also available for immediate shipping across India through online orders.

"We are also talking to online e-commerce players for selling this produc", they said. Vansh Games worked with Indian digital artist, Anirudh Sainath while Singaporean artist, Benjamin Tan, was brought on board to create the illustrations for various weapons and item cards, they added.
