Now give a ‘selfie interview’ for your dream job
‘ePoise & Your Story bring you the biggest Startup job fair’
It was not the selfie movement that drove Sachin Agrawal and Bishan Singh to seed the idea of ePoise – world’s first mobile interview platform. Truth is they are not good at taking selfies. Rather it was born out of a desire to address the challenges of the existing interviewing process. The idea is to give the opportunity to a job seeker to access the ePoise app on their smartphone, find the job of their choice, give a selfie interview anytime, and hear back from the prospective employer the next day. The app allows all of this today, and the adoption is catching up fast.
To take this to the next level, ePoise and Your Story, are jointly hosting India’s biggest virtual start-up job fair starting October 6th. In a first of its kind job fair, the candidates will not apply with a resume, but will directly be able to give the 'selfie interview' from their smart phone, answering specific questions, set up for each position. This will provide them a great opportunity to showcase their knowledge and skills for the job, significantly improving their chances of getting selected.
So move past the travel & traffic woes, long queues and maddening crowds in a regular job fair. Gear up to get your dream start-up job, amongst the 250+ start-ups and over a 1000 open positions -at your time and place - on the ePoise app.

On the encouraging response of leading startups to the job fair, Sachin Agarwal, Co-founder and CEO – ePoise says, “It’s a no brainer. We all want to hear and see the person behind the resume. Just that there was no effective and painless solution to this till ePoise came along." A testimony to this is that leading start-ups such as Ola, Zomato, Limeroad, Justdial, Mobikwik, Bankbazaar, Redbus and Urban Ladder among others have signed up for this job fair. India's leading startup hubs such as Nasscom 10K, Microsoft Ventures, T-Labs, 91Springboard and Zone Start-up have also endorsed this and their startups are participating as well.
"We could not have asked for a better platform than YourStory to make this connect between start-ups and start-up aspirants," said Sachin Agrawal.
