As per Crunchbase, the company last raised $1.8 million in 2014 and before that raised $1.2 million in 2012. Founded by Prabhash Bhatnagar and Aditya Sanghi, Hotelogix offers an all-in-one enterprise-grade cloud-based PMS used by hotels. In other words, the company effectively assists hotels to streamline operations, grow booking revenues, and also help them to increase profit margins.

Aditya Sanghi, Co-founder CEO, Hotelogix said, “Rapid, as well as well-thought-out expansion, is on the cards. In the last couple of years, we have created an impressive customer base of group hotels in India, replacing popular on-premise PMSes. With this, we have gained a strong foothold in the Indian market that has set the stage for us to now invest aggressively in this segment to scale up operations. Hotelogix is certainly set to become the largest cloud-based PMS player in India.”

Some of the hotel brands in India that use Hotelogix are Treebo Hotels, Mint Hotels, Leisure Hotels, and Country Inn Hotels etc.

Talking about international expansion, Prabhash Bhatnagar, Founder, Hotelogix said, “As part of our global expansion strategy, we plan to expand our operations in Thailand, and make it the hub for Southeast Asia. Funding will be used to strengthen our product’s DIY capabilities that would help us penetrate further into regions including South America, North America, and the UK, targeting independent hotels.”
