Harshil Mathur, co-founder and CEO of Razorpay, one of the most-promising and upcoming payments firm, is a black belt in Karate. He gets an adrenaline rush from the competitive spirit of the game and has learnt to stay calm and composed in the fact of combat. However, persistence is not the only lesson that Karate has taught him. Another important lesson, and perhaps, the most important one, is learning to stay stress-free, even in the face of adversity. This came through practice and meditation and helps him run his startup too.
