Online classifieds platform Info Edge on Tuesday said it has seen successful returns from its early bets, including foodtech major Zomato and Policybazaar. Lahori Zeera parent Archian Foods to raise Rs 200 Cr from Motilal Oswal
Homegrown beverage brand Lahori is set to raise Rs 200 crore from Motilal Oswal as a part of a larger round.
The company's board has passed a resolution to issue 4,997 Series B preference shares with a face value of Rs 100 at an issue price of Rs 4,00,252 each to raise Rs 200 crore or $23 million, the documents from the Registrar of Companies (RoC) showed.
Kitchen robotics startup Posha raises $8M
AI-powered kitchen robotics startup Posha has raised $8 million in Series A round led by Accel, with participation from existing investors such as Xeed Ventures; Waterbridge Ventures; Binny Bansal Co-founder, Flipkart; Asha Jadeja Motwani; Samay Kohli and Akash Gupta, Co-founders, GreyOrange.
InspeCity bags $5.6M to advance satellite life-extension technologies
Indian space technology startup Inspecity has secured $5.6 million in seed funding led by investor Ashish Kacholia. The round also saw participation from Speciale Invest, Shastra VC, Antler India, DeVC, MGF Kavachh, and Anicut Capital.
Interior design tech startup Flipspaces raises $35M led by Iron Pillar
Commercial space design platform Flipspaces has raised $35 million in primary and secondary capital, led by Tech growth investor Iron Pillar along with existing backer, Prudent Investment Managers, and incoming Synergy Capital.
Shiplog secures Rs 6.5 Cr
Gurugram-based logistics-tech startup Shiplog has secured Rs 6.5 crore in a seed round led by Mumbai-based Deepak Bhagnani Family Office. This marks Shiplog’s maiden fundraising round since its inception in 2022; prior to this, the startup had remained bootstrapped.

Simple Energy plans $350M IPO in FY27
Bengaluru-based EV maker Simple Energy plans to come out with an initial public offering between Q2 and Q3 of FY27, with a target to raise Rs 3,000 crore ($350 million)
The announcement comes amidst rival Ather Energy’s public market debut. EV maker Ola Electric had also listed on the bourses in August last year.
Absolute Sports acquires TJRWrestling.net
Absolute Sports, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies and the parent company of Sportskeeda.com, has signed definitive agreements to acquire two IPs, TJRWrestling.net and ITRWrestling.com. These business assets will be acquired from Titan Insider Digital. These IPs add to the already dominant global position of Absolute Sports in the combat sports publishing industry.
KOGO AI, Tech Mahindra partner for AI agents
KOGO AI, an Agentic AI infrastructure technology company and Tech Mahindra have entered into a collaboration to jointly build and deliver next-generation enterprise AI solutions and agents.
According to a statement, this alliance brings together Tech Mahindra’s experience in enterprises and the work done by KOGO AI in the agentic AI platform. The companies will focus on building intelligent AI agents, designing private AI architectures, integrating with legacy systems and driving outcomes.
Slack Marketplace adds 25+ new AI apps
Slack has added more than 25 new AI apps to its marketplace. The new apps have use cases across content creation, market research, sales management, DevOps, IT, HR, and productivity, among others. The Slack Marketplace can help users surface information, provide recommendations, and generate helpful summaries among others.
Salesforce India Vice-President - Sales, Rahul Sharma said, “With new AI apps now available in the Slack Marketplace, we're seeing a powerful shift in how work gets done - right within the conversational interface employees already use daily. According to Slack’s Workforce Lab, desk workers globally spend 41% of their time on repetitive, low-value tasks. That’s a significant drain on innovation and output.”
