Ltd. in 2021 with a clear mission: to bring seamless, affordable, and intuitive software tools to India's 63 million-plus MSMEs.

From Hackathon to Patna Headquarters

Floww’s origin isn’t rooted in a single “Eureka” moment but in lived experiences. The co-founders saw how businesses in their communities battled operational inefficiencies, fragmented tools, manual work, and limited tech literacy. Anish’s background in tech consulting and Prakhar’s experience in startup ecosystems laid the groundwork. Their partnership, formed during a hackathon, turned into a startup committed to real-world impact.

The name “Floww” reflects this philosophy: creating a unified flow across business functions. Headquartered in Patna, the company embodies a “Bharat-first” approach, crafting tools that are both powerful and accessible.

Despite India’s 63 million MSMEs, fewer than 20% are digitally equipped. Its interfaces are designed to be vernacular-friendly, reducing the intimidation factor for first-time tech users. 

With pricing starting as low as Rs 49/month, the platform remains accessible to even the smallest enterprises. Adoption is further driven through a strategic mix of regional campaigns, referral incentives, and local B2B partnerships.

With over 1,000 MSMEs already onboarded and five core products successfully launched, Floww is proving that digital transformation in Bharat is not only feasible but accelerating at a remarkable pace.

Initially bootstrapped through savings and early revenue, Floww is now preparing for a seed round aimed at enhancing its product offerings and expanding outreach to underserved regions. All revenue to date has been channelled into strengthening technology, hiring local talent, and driving grassroots adoption.

The founders learned that building trust is key in Bharat. They addressed digital hesitancy through local onboarding, language support, and hands-on care. Their advice: focus on real problems, know your users deeply, and meet them where they are.

Scaling With a Purpose

By 2025, Floww aims to onboard 10,000+ MSMEs, launch AI-powered assistants in Atom Mail and HR, and integrate with e-invoicing and GSTN systems. Long term, it plans to expand across South Asia and Africa, build a certified partner network, and establish itself as India’s most trusted grassroots SaaS brand.
