Ekkaa Electronics raises Rs 108 Cr in Series A funding round
Ekkaa Electronics will use this capital to expand production capacity, R&D and supply chain integration.
Ekkaa Electronics, the Noida headquartered electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) enterprise, has raised Rs 108 crore in a Series A round of funding from multiple investors.
The investors in this round include Mukul Mahavir Aggarwal, the Varun Daga Family, MAIQ Growth Scheme, Caprize Aurix and other family offices.
Founded in 2018, Ekkaa has a manufacturing unit in Sonipat, Noida and an upcoming plant in Gannaur, Haryana. The firm claimed that it handles business worth more than Rs 1,000 crore. It offers solutions across design, development and large-scale production for both domestic and global brands.
Ekkaa Electronics will use this capital to expand production capacity, R&D and supply chain integration.
On the fundraise, Ekkaa Managing Director Sagar Gupta said, “We aim to not only serve global OEMs but also contribute significantly to the ‘Make in India’ mission by building a robust, export-ready ecosystem. Our goal is to take Ekkaa public by 2027.”
Ekkaa Electronics provides R&D, design and manufacturing of smart TVs, and has expanded its portfolio to include washing machines, speakers, induction cooktops, and air coolers.
Six Stone Capital Managing Partner Ankit Mittal said, “This round is a strong validation of Ekkaa Electronics’ position as a trusted EMS player and the confidence investors have in its promoters and future growth plans.”
