Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, Priyank Kharge, and Kunal Kapoor join the stellar speaker lineup for TechSparks 2025

Next month, Bengaluru will play host to what promises to be a landmark edition of TechSparks. 

Scheduled for 6–8 November 2025 at the Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, the event—now in its 16th year—sits squarely at the intersection of India’s growing technological ambition and its artificial intelligence–driven journey into the next decade.

This year’s theme, India 2030: Powered by AI, is more than just a slogan. It represents a conviction that a nation of over one and a half billion people can harness intelligence and innovation to accelerate growth, build sustainability, scale enterprises, and address society’s most pressing challenges.

In that spirit, YourStory is proud to announce a distinguished set of new speakers—each bringing a distinct vantage point and layer of expertise across policy, technology, and social entrepreneurship. Together, they embody TechSparks’ mission to spark dialogue, forge connections, and drive meaningful impact.

With less than a fortnight to go, here are some of the stellar speakers set to be a part of TechSparks 2025: 

Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, Minister for Civil Aviation, Government of India

Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu holds a BSc in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Long Island University. Elected to the Lok Sabha for the first time in 2014—at the age of 26—he has since been re-elected in 2019 and 2024. In June 2024, he was appointed Union Minister of Civil Aviation.

At TechSparks 2025, Naidu brings the perspective of someone operating at the confluence of national infrastructure, regulation, and the high-stakes world of aviation—an arena increasingly defined by digitalisation, data, and connectivity. Priyank Kharge, Minister for IT, BT & Rural Development, Government of Karnataka

Priyank Kharge has been instrumental in transforming Karnataka into India’s startup capital—home to over 15,000 startups, 45+ unicorns, and 400+ Global Capability Centres (GCCs). As the state continues to lead India’s digital transformation, he is driving initiatives that promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth through technology.

At TechSparks 2025, he will share his vision for positioning Karnataka as the epicentre of India’s AI and startup revolution—where forward-thinking policy meets grassroots impact. With experience spanning IT, biotechnology, and rural governance, Kharge offers a rare perspective on how “India 2030” will be built not only in Bengaluru, but across the country’s towns and villages as well.

Kunal Kapoor, Actor and Co-founder, Ketto

A different kind of changemaker, Kunal Kapoor is a social entrepreneur and early-stage investor. He co-founded Ketto, India’s largest crowdfunding platform for social and medical causes. His journey extends beyond fundraising—he is an angel investor, a champion of tech-enabled social impact, and a believer in building technology that serves purpose as much as it serves profit.

At TechSparks 2025, Kapoor brings a human lens to a technology conference: what does it mean to build tech that empowers, that uplifts, that scales for good? Priya Narasimhan, Chief Business Officer, Indus Appstore
