The latest funding—a mix of primary and secondary capital—will help Imagimake expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, and deepen its global distribution network.
Pidilite Ventures, the venture arm of Pidilite Industries, has announced a Rs 34 crore ($4 million) investment in Imagimake Play Solutions, an innovation-led company known for its educational toys, puzzles, and hobby products. This marks Pidilite Ventures’ second investment in the company after participating in its Rs 20 crore Series A round in 2023.
The latest funding—a mix of primary and secondary capital—will help Imagimake expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, and deepen its global distribution network.
Founded by Ravi Kumar and Disha Katharani, Imagimake designs and distributes educational toys, STEM kits, and creative play products aimed at nurturing curiosity and hands-on learning among children. The company offers over 120 SKUs under popular brands such as Mapology, Mission Chandrayaan, and Look What I Made!. Its products are sold in over 4,000 retail stores across India and exported to 30+ countries, including the US, which is its largest international market.
Commenting on the investment, Sanket Parekh, Director at Pidilite Ventures, said, “Over the last two years, Imagimake has shown impressive growth by innovating product lines, scaling distribution, and expanding globally. We believe the company is well-positioned to become a category-defining brand at the intersection of play and learning.”
For Imagimake, the partnership will strengthen its mission of making play both meaningful and educational.
Co-founder Disha Katharani said, “We believe play has the power to shape curiosity, skills, and creativity. This funding allows us to bring more innovative products to life and reach millions of children globally.”
“Pidilite is an iconic company we have always admired. Their continued backing is a huge vote of confidence as we scale our capacity, invest in product development, and grow internationally,” added Ravi Kumar, Co-founder of Imagimake.
With this investment, Pidilite Ventures continues to back consumer-first, innovation-driven businesses that align with its broader ecosystem of creativity and learning.
