As India's startup ecosystem expands, the HDFC Tech Innovators is back with its 4^th edition for startups to showcase groundbreaking ideas and demonstrate how they are disrupting the ecosystem to shape India's future.

HDFC Tech Innovators 2025 is a flagship initiative by HDFC Capital, HDFC AMC, and HDFC Bank, designed to identify, support, and celebrate startup-driven innovation across various sectors in India. The program brings together startups to engage with large organizations and industry leaders, providing a platform for collaboration, financing, and co-creation of products and solutions.

Six sectors, unlimited possibilities

This year’s awards platform features six high-impact sectors: consumer tech, defense & space tech, fintech, new age tech, propTech, and sustainability tech.

A special recognition track for Emerging Woman Founder Awards has also been introduced, aimed at celebrating women entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem which further reflects the HDFC Tech Innovators platform’s commitment to fostering inclusive growth across the startup ecosystem.

Building a robust ecosystem

The 2025 edition features unprecedented ecosystem support. Key partners include HDFC Ergo, HDB Financial Services, HDFC Life, and HDFC Securities. The program is also supported by government partners such as DPIIT Startup India, MeitY Startup Hub, and In-Space. Knowledge partners include IIMA Ventures, NSRCEL - IIMB, FITT - IIT Delhi, IITM Incubation Cell, Indian Institute of Science, SINE - IIT Bombay and WISETECH - SP Jain, all who bring academic rigor and mentorship to the table.

Additionally, 5 key ecosystem enablers and 23 marquee venture capital firms have joined as partners, significantly expanding access and investment opportunities for winners.

The top 10 startups benefit from potential investment opportunities by the HDFC Bank Group, curated introductions to investors, and exclusive chances to pitch to leading corporates. Timeline and application details

Applications will remain open only until November 2, 2025. The evaluation process, led by EY as the process advisor, will comprise three rigorous rounds to finally identify the winners of the HDFC Tech Innovators 2025 who will be awarded at the grand finale on December 3, 2025, in Mumbai.
