Medtech startup HRS Navigation raises $5M in pre-Series A led by GVFL, Physis, and Sathguru Catalysers

Bengaluru-based medtech company HRS Navigation has raised $5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round backed by GVFL, Physis Capital, Sathguru Catalysers, India EXIM Bank and KITVEN.
According to the company, the funds raised will be used to accelerate product innovation, global market expansion, enabling HRS to scale manufacturing and advance next-generation navigation.

Founded by Arpit Paliwal and Shweta Paliwal, HRS Navigation is among a growing group of Indian MedTech companies challenging global incumbents in the field of surgical navigation. The company designs and manufactures navigation systems used in complex cranial, spine, and ENT surgeries, developed and built entirely in India.
At the core of its product line is easyNav, a surgical navigation platform that integrates with existing operating room setups. By simplifying adoption and reducing costs, easyNav has helped make navigation-assisted surgery more accessible to hospitals of varying sizes. The system has so far been used in more than 20,000 procedures, supporting surgeons in achieving greater precision and consistency during operations.
