Zoho brings an update to its business software suite
The Chennai headquartered company said the new version emphasises unified collaboration, security and contextual awareness across more than 50 applications.
Zoho has unveiled an update to Zoho One, its all-in-one business software suite, introducing an overhauled user experience and deeper intelligence features designed to support increasingly integrated ways of working.
The Chennai-headquartered company said the new version emphasises unified collaboration, security and contextual awareness across more than 50 applications.
Hariharan Muralimanohar, Global Head of Marketing for Zoho One, noted the redesign reflects a shift from an app-based approach to a platform-focused model.
He added that customers expect Zoho to manage the technological complexity so they can concentrate on running their businesses, and that the refreshed platform aims to provide this assurance through consistent integration and coherence.
Since its launch in 2017, Zoho One has grown to more than 75,000 customers worldwide, with organisations typically using over 22 apps.
The update introduces enhancements across three areas: intelligence, user experience and integrations.
Zoho’s AI assistant, Zia, now provides federated intelligence that collates data from multiple Zoho and third-party applications into a single response.
Zia Hubs, the company’s content management system, automatically stores assets such as executed contracts and meeting recordings, which can then be surfaced through Zia Search.
A redesigned interface centres on Spaces, which group applications by purpose across personal, organisational and departmental needs. Users can customise these spaces, search across the entire ecosystem and automate multi-step workflows without switching applications.
The platform also adds a customisable Action Panel for at-a-glance information and an expanded dashboard that brings data from multiple apps into one view.
On the integration front, Zoho One now includes a centralised integration panel and a Unified Portal that consolidates application-specific portals. Workflow-driven processes such as Smart Offboarding streamline user and device transitions, while an administration console powered by Zoho Directory strengthens security through anomaly detection, encryption key management and detailed audit logs.
