Kovai.co’s Document360 crosses $10M ARR, eyes $25M by 2028
The company plans to grow the product to $25 million ARR by 2028, driven by increasing interest in AI-led knowledge management.
SaaS company says its knowledge management platform Document360 has crossed $10 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
It now plans to grow the product to $25 million ARR by 2028, driven by increasing interest in AI-led knowledge management.
This is Kovai.co’s second product to reach the $10M ARR milestone, following BizTalk360—placing the company among a small group of bootstrapped firms that have built two commercially successful software products without external funding. The company has offices in Coimbatore and London.

As part of its long-term roadmap, Kovai.co will invest Rs 220 crore in its Coimbatore Development Centre over the next three years. The investment will support engineering expansion, AI development, and the company’s global operations.

Document360, launched in 2019, is used by over 1,500 customers across sectors, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and government.
Its customer list features VMware, NHS, Ticketmaster, Payoneer, Virgin Red, and Comcast. The product is expected to grow at a rate of 40–45% annually over the next three years.
Alongside Document360, Kovai.co is focusing on scaling Turbo360 (formerly Serverless360), its cloud management platform for Azure environments. The company aims to make it the next product in its portfolio to reach the $10M ARR mark.
