India’s innovation ecosystem received another boost as the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) felicitated winners of the 5th edition of the National Startup Awards (NSA) on March 12, 2026. The awards recognise startups that have demonstrated strong innovation, scalable business models, and measurable impact across sectors such as mobility, healthcare, aerospace, sustainability, fintech, and advanced manufacturing.
Organised under the Startup India initiative, the National Startup Awards aim to highlight entrepreneurs building technology-driven solutions while contributing to economic growth, job creation, and sectoral transformation.
During the felicitation ceremony, senior officials from DPIIT acknowledged the achievements of emerging startups and distributed prize money to the selected winners.
