AI startup Revspot raises $4.8M in Series A round
Revspot said it will use the funding to strengthen its product and engineering capabilities, enhance its AI infrastructure, expand into new B2C sectors, and grow its international presence.
Bengaluru-headquartered AI startup Revspot has raised $4.8 million in Series A round of funding co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures.
The round also saw the participation from Pentathlon Ventures, Silicon Road Ventures, and Titan Capital.
Revspot said it will use this funding to deepen its product and engineering capabilities in India, strengthen its buyer-intelligence and AI qualification infrastructure, expand into new high-ticket B2C sectors, and build its customer presence across selected international markets.
Revspot had earlier raised $1.4 million in seed funding in late 2024, led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with participation from angel investor Kunal Shah.
Founded in 2024 by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera, and Varun Garg, Revspot automates lead generation and qualification for businesses. Its platform combines consumer intelligence, acquisition workflows, campaign analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, WhatsApp-based engagement, lead qualification, and sales handoff capabilities.
The startup said the platform helps businesses identify high-intent buyers, improve acquisition quality, qualify leads earlier, and provide sales teams with better visibility into buyer fit, intent, timing, and readiness.
Revspot currently serves more than 50 customers across sectors including real estate, education, automotive and wealth management. It is also expanding into broader BFSI categories, where qualification quality and speed directly influence revenue outcomes.
On the fund raise, Revspot co-founder & CEO Darshan Subash said, B2C customer acquisition is still stitched together across media teams, agencies, CRMs, call centres, sales teams and multiple point tools leading to significant loss of time and money by companies in spotting the right opportunities.
“Revspot brings lead generation and lead qualification into one AI-native system. We have built and proven this model in complex Indian B2C sectors, and this round will help us deepen the product in India, enter new sectors and take the platform to select international markets,” Subhash said.
As part of its product expansion strategy, Revspot is also developing Spot, its orchestration platform and agent harness for qualified-pipeline workflows. Spot connects campaign planning and Meta-native campaign analysis with lead enrichment, voice AI qualification and downstream lead-quality feedback.
