Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 to be held from Nov 17-19

The Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS), the flagship event of the Government of Karnataka showcasing the State's technological prowess, will be held in Bengaluru from November 17 to 19, with a special focus on startups, the semiconductor industry, and sustainability.

The theme of this year's summit is "AI & Beyond." BTS 2026 is expected to bring together more than 1,800 exhibitors, 25,000 delegates, 1,000 technology startups, and over 60,000 business visitors from 75 countries and 30 States and Union Territories across India.

A key highlight of the summit will be the Future Makers programme, designed to spotlight high-potential startups and connect them with investors, mentors, and global markets. The programme will feature investor pitch sessions, one-on-one mentoring clinics, thematic discussions on scaling and fundraising, a Startup Showcase, and the Future Makers Conclave.

BTS 2026 will also host the inaugural edition of embedded world India, featuring a dedicated conference track and exhibition pavilion focused on electronics and semiconductors.

Another co-located event at BTS 2026 is the India edition of ChangeNOW, which focuses on environmental and social solutions for the planet.

The State government also hosted its annual CEO Breakfast Meet in Bengaluru on Friday, bringing together more than 200 technology industry leaders, including the State's leading entrepreneurs, industry executives, investors, and policymakers, for a high-level dialogue on advancing Karnataka's innovation and technology agenda.

The meeting was attended by Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar and IT Minister Priyank Kharge.

Kharge said, "One of Karnataka's greatest strengths has been the trust and partnership we have built with industry. The CEO Breakfast Meet embodies that relationship, bringing together government and industry not only to exchange ideas, but to jointly shape the State's technology agenda.”

He further added, “As we announce Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026, we reaffirm our vision of building a globally connected innovation ecosystem that drives technological leadership, entrepreneurship and inclusive growth." 

The CEO breakfast meet also marked the launch of the Innoverse Foundation, an initiative of the Government of Karnataka aimed at positioning the State as a global deeptech capital. The foundation will act as a catalyst by mentoring successful, revenue-generating deeptech startups, helping them evolve from achieving strong product-market fit to becoming industry leaders.
